BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 28. A memorandum of
understanding has been signed with Spain's IE University to
establish the IE Leadership and Innovation Center in Baku, Trend reports.
The document was signed by Azerbaijani Minister of Science and
Education Emin Amrullayev, First Deputy Minister of Economy Elnur
Aliyev, SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf, IE University President
Santiago Iñiguez de Onzoño, and PASHA Holding LLC CEO Jalal
Gasimov.
