President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arrived in Azerbaijan on a working visit, according to local media.
During the visit, Zelenskyy is holding a one-on-one meeting with the President of Azerbaijan , Ilham Aliyev.
The talks are taking place in Gabala.
