President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva visited the Heroes Memorial in Tbilisi on April 6.
A guard of honour welcomed the Azerbaijani President at the memorial, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.
The President laid a wreath at the site. Following this, the national anthems of Azerbaijan and Georgia were played.
