Between 08:00 on February 28 and 10:00 on April 4, a total of 3,297 people were evacuated from Iran to Azerbaijan.


Of those evacuated, 572 were Azerbaijani citizens, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.


Other nationals included 730 from China, 354 from Russia, 238 from India, 198 from Bangladesh, 189 from Tajikistan, 151 from Pakistan, 84 from Oman, 68 from Indonesia, 134 from Iran, 44 from Italy, 57 from Algeria, 26 from Spain, 25 each from Germany and Canada, 19 from France, 18 each from Saudi Arabia and Japan, 19 from Georgia, 16 from Uzbekistan, 14 each from Poland and Switzerland, 13 from Nigeria, 12 from Hungary, 16 from Bahrain, 11 each from Mexico and Belarus, and 10 each from the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.


Additionally, nine Brazilians, eight Sudanese, seven Venezuelans, and six citizens each from Finland, Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belgium, and the United Arab Emirates were evacuated.
