Iran has announced a series of drone strikes targeting US-linked positions across the region, describing the attacks as a response to American military actions and strikes on Iranian infrastructure.
According to a statement released by the press service of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), the operation involved multiple targets in different countries.
The IRGC said the strikes hit a warehouse used for equipment and supplies, as well as barracks housing US forces in Jordan. It also reported an attack on positions belonging to a mechanised battalion of a US armoured brigade stationed at Camp Arifjan in Kuwait.
In addition, the statement listed the largest aluminium plant in Bahrain among the targets.
No further details were provided regarding the extent of the damage or casualties.
