American fighter jets struck military targets on a mountain near the free trade zone of the Iranian city of Chabahar, Voice of America writes in Persian on X.
“On the seventeenth day of the joint U.S. and Israeli military assault on Iran, U.S. fighter jets attacked military facilities in the Laki Mountains area, located behind the Chabahar Free Trade Zone, and the sound of intense explosions has been heard in this region,” the report stated.
The Chabahar free trade zone is located in Iran’s southeastern Sistan and Baluchestan province, near the border with Pakistan.
