Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is attending the opening ceremony of the XIII Global Baku Forum in Baku, held at the Gülüstan Palace under his patronage.
The forum opened under the theme “Bridging Divides in a World in Transition” and is organised by the Nizami Ganjavi International Centre, Caliber.Az reports via the presidential press service.
The event is expected to host around 400 participants from multiple countries, including high-ranking politicians and international experts, providing a platform for dialogue on global issues, political cooperation, and strategies to address pressing international challenges.
Held annually in Azerbaijan since 2013, the Global Baku Forum addresses topics such as global security, balance of power, international law, and other key geopolitical developments. This year’s edition will run until March 14 and aims to strengthen multilateral engagement and promote constructive international cooperation.
